Banana Peanut Butter Nice Cream

Summer is almost here and sometimes we crave something sweet but healthy. Preferably, cold for these very hot days. Don’t throw away those overly ripe bananas, because they might seem useless instead, they can help to give support to our immune system. Relief heartburn and reduces the risk of heart disease. Additionally, it has other nutritional benefits that can help with our health. This is a kid’s friendly recipe, 100% vegan and zero sugar added. Alrighty, folks let’s grab those 3 ingredients and make some magic.


3 cups overly ripe bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
3 tbsp peanut butter

Banana peanut butter nice cream

1. Slice the bananas and freeze 3 cups for 2 hour.
2. Blend the frozen bananas, milk, and peanut butter in a blender or food processor on high until you have a creamy texture. Make sure to stop a few times to scrape the sides so you dont leave any chunks of bananas.

3. Pour on a bowl and freeze for 2 hour.

Serve and enjoy
