Energy Booster: Almond + Peanut Butter + Banana Oatmeal

Ahh, quarantine mornings… It has been so long since the last time we had to set our alarm clock. Laying on our beds, thinking what to eat for breakfast because you have run out of ideas. Look no further, I am giving you a simple recipe to boost your energy and fill you up!

Ingredients & Process

  • 5g Unsalted Butter
  • 80g Old Fashion Oats
  • 200ml Milk
  • 20g Peanut Butter
  • 4-5 Crushed Almonds
  • 1 Large Banana
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Splash of Milk
  • Honey (Optional)
  1. Bring your stove to high. Put your butter in a pan until it melts, once melted, bring the heat to medium.
  2. Cut the banana in half. Slice one of the halves into thin slices and fry it with the butter. when it starts to soften, add the milk, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Bring it to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, add the oats and stir them until you reach your desired oatmeal consistency.
  4. Pour you oats in a bowl and top it with, peanut butter, 1/2 banana, almonds and honey. Las but not least, add a splash of milk!
